CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />APPROVED <br />45 Councilmember Stoesz asked about City liability if someone/something were to consume <br />46 the chemically treated water. Ms. Hankee explained that signage will be required <br />47 informing people as necessary. <br />48 <br />49 Councilmember Lyden asked about park dedication for Outlot C; where does that lay? <br />50 City Planner Larsen said she will show that on her presentation. <br />51 <br />52 <br />53 <br />54 <br />55 <br />56 <br />57 <br />58 <br />59 <br />60 <br />61 <br />62 <br />63 <br />64 <br />65 <br />66 <br />67 <br />68 <br />69 <br />70 <br />Not on Printed Agenda —Administrator Cotton provided an update on the vaccination <br />clinic (at the former YMCA). Mayor Rafferty asked if it is appropriate for the employees <br />to be parking on unpaved grass. Community Development Director Grochala suggested <br />that it is the best way to keep parking clear for the number of patients that are anticipated. <br />Public Services Director DeGardner noted that the clinic has not been up to full capacity <br />as yet but the City is watching and planning as necessary and that impacts parking. <br />Administrator Cotton said staff will be requesting additional signage so people don't <br />come inadvertently to City Hall when they want to get a vaccine. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m. <br />These minutes were considered, corrected and approved at the regular Council meeting held on <br />April 26, 2021. <br />Juli e Bartell, City Clerk <br />1 <br />2 <br />
