Charter Commission <br /> April 9, 1998 <br /> Page 12 <br /> Mission Statement Initiative and Referendum <br /> Bylaws Code of Conduct <br /> CAP Advisor Charter Language <br /> Commissioner Sullivan asked Commissioner Dunn if it would be worthwhile to go through the <br /> current budget so everyone will understand there are no financial resources, noting the roads <br /> were a main concern. <br /> Commissioner Dunn explained that the City is not budgeting for road improvement which will <br /> continue to create problems.
