CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br /> APPROVED <br /> 44 Councilmember Lyden stated that there is a pond involved; is there any reason to be <br /> 45 concerned. City Planner Larsen remarked that staff is very comfortable with the <br /> 46 ponding situation. <br /> 47 <br /> 48 Item 6B—Otter Crossing-City Planner Larsen explained that the report relates to a <br /> 49 land use application for the final plat of Otter Crossing. The plat creates a 1.46 acre <br /> 50 parcel for the purpose of constructing a 7,800 square foot commercial retail building. <br /> 51 <br /> 52 Mayor Rafferty asked about the park dedication included in the project(a trail project and <br /> 53 balance forward). <br /> 54 <br /> 55 Item 6C—Variance for Second Driveway at 23 Century Trail—City Planner Larsen <br /> 56 noted that the council discussed this matter at their last work session. It relates to an <br /> 57 application for a variance to add a second driveway to a residential property. She will be <br /> 58 giving an abbreviated review of the request to council this evening. <br /> 59 <br /> 60 Not on Printed Agenda <br /> 61 Update by Mayor Rafferty on moving advisory board meetings from Zoom to live.
