Park Board April 4 , 1983 The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes Park Board was called to order at 7 : 00 P.M. by Chairman Johnson on April 4 , 1983 with all members present . Mr. Schumacher was also present. MINUTES - MARCH 7, 1983 Mr. Scherer moved to approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Mr. ARntzen . Motion carried unanimously . (Mr. Scherer felt there should be more detail contained in the minutes . ) BMX TRACK-JIM KLIENHAUS Mr. Kleinhaus discussed the possibility of building a BMX track. Mr. K. Johnson recommended that Mr. Kleinhaus prepare a proposal for this facility and bring back to the park board. SHENANDOAH PARK There was discussion on this park, with the Park Board requesting a representative from Mr. Rehbein meet with the Park Board to discuss the holding pond in that area . CITY CODE. Mrs . LeBlond moved to amend the City Code, Section 1001 . 21 to read "that all interest income derived from Park Fund investments be credited to the Park Fund. " Seconded by Mr. Arntzen. Motion carried unanimously . PARK MAPS This matter is to be a future agenda item to be discussed. The Board will decide on whether to publish a map noting City Park locations in the Quad Press . The map to be for informational purposes. SPECIAL MEETING The Park Board set a special meeting for April 11 , 1983 at 7:00 P.M. to analyze the park survey forms that have been returned. City Staff is to prepare tabulation sheets to be used at this meeting. The forms are to be separated as to the area residents reside in . LINO PARK Mr. Paul Ruud, Anoka County Highway Engineer, is to be called about the right-of-way work left to be done at the Lino Park location . There is a need for the access to have work done .
