This <br /> should be added as a part of their duties - check the door physically and if <br /> the lights are not off - turn them off. <br /> After some discussion, Mr. Ringaman moved that Mr. Volk inform Mrs. Billik the <br /> lights are to be out at 9:30 P.M. and the warming house locked at 10:00 P.M. <br /> The Police are to physically check the door as a backup. The responsibility <br /> is Mrs. Billik•s. Seconded by Mr. Scherer. Motion carried. <br /> There was discussion on the condition of the house at Sunrise and the respon- <br /> sibility of the City. Mr. Ringaman felt this- building would not•meet the State <br /> code and if something should happen to Mrs. Billik because of the condition of <br /> that building, the City could be very severly .crttized. He was asked if he <br /> had a solution to the problem and Mr. Ringaman suggested getting a signed re- <br /> lease from Mrs. Billik. <br /> Mr. Gredvig suggested putting in plumbing, electricity and bringing the house <br /> ;p to code and letting Mrs. Billik live there. <br /> -sirs. Liljedahl asked if the house could be brought up to code? Mr. McLean <br /> thought that it would cost more than• it would be worth. He felt the best <br /> nswer was to tear the house down. There had been a suggestion that an <br /> _fficiency apartment be added as a part of the addition to the warming house. <br /> phis is something for consideration. <br /> Mayor Bohjanen told the Board that he was glad he had been free this evening <br /> and could attend this meeting. if any of the Board has any questions, please <br /> -all him. <br /> Mr. Scherer moved to adjourn at 10:30 P.M.
