-6- APRIL 21, 1975 <br /> Mr. Clausen and Mr. McLean will take this idea to the May 1 meeting of <br /> the Advisory Board and report back to the Park Board at the May meeting. <br /> Mr. Volk was asked to prepare spec for the backstops that are needed <br /> and to get at least two Informal bids during the coming two weeks. <br /> Mr. Gotwald will be forwarding his ideas on alternate facilities at <br /> the Hail Park shortly. Mr. Gotwald is donating his time on this project <br /> for alternate facilities. He has suggested using blocks from Molln. <br /> Mr. Volk was asked to present a maintanence schedule for care of the <br /> parks this summer. Perhaps a retired man could be hired as supervisor <br /> and hire two or three high school students to help him. There is also <br /> the possibility of federal funds being used to help cut the city's <br /> portion of the costs. <br /> Mr. Volk was asked to check into sprinklers and hoses for the parks. <br /> Mr. McLean said he had asource for hoses if any •lere needed. <br /> The regulations for firearms were discussed and ^nly shotguns with <br /> i)ird shot may be used in Lino Lakes. No single projectiles are allowed. <br /> Complaints regarding violations on this ordinance should be referred to <br /> the Police Department. <br /> Mr. Volk was questioned on the Sunrise Park We: 1 - what is the main <br /> p rob I em w i th the we 1 I?
