Mr. McGeary felt there <br /> was no need for the fence' to extend, so far to the West on the North line. <br /> He felt that Me. LeVessuer would have problems with snow plowing this <br /> winter. <br /> Mr. McLean explained that the fence there is necessary because of the <br /> planned planting of trees and shrubs along that border. Also, there is <br /> a hockey rink planned for that area, and the Park Department will need <br /> a place for the snow cleared for the Park parking lot. Mr. McLean also <br /> felt that this line had been cleared with 11r. LeVessuer in cooperation <br /> with the City Engineer and the City Attorney. if Mr. LeVessuer feels that <br /> he has a legimate complain he sould appear before the Council and <br /> express his objections. <br /> Mr. McLean reported that snow fence will be installed across, the East line <br /> of Lino Park and the wide gate opening in the front will be sealed with <br /> snow fence. As soon as this i.s done, 4.4r. Houle will disc the entire <br /> Park. area, apply lime and sod the Inf-ield. 11r. Robinson will then seed <br /> the remaining area. This work shouj4 ,be completed this week. The water- <br /> ing of the field will be handled by j1r. Johnson. There wil-I probably <br /> have to be hoses and sprinklers bought to be used in this Park. The <br /> well at the Park is in operation. <br /> There was some discussion of contacting the County for signs noting that <br /> this ,is .a Park area and 'Children at Play Signs' shoo, d.be installed along <br /> Old Rig:iway #3 at this location. The Clerk is to check at the Hall for <br /> such signs as these before contacting the County. <br /> Mrs..
