Undesirable trees are not subject to the Tree Preservation and Mitigation <br /> Standards. <br /> 5. On existing lots with existing buildings where no building or development <br /> activity that requires a permit or approval from the City is occurring,the removal of trees is not <br /> subject to tree preservation and mitigation standards. <br /> 6. Replacement trees shall be planted on site. <br /> 7. The applicant may request to pay a fee per tree in lieu of some or all of the trees <br /> required for mitigation. At the City's discretion,the City may accept the fee for planting trees <br /> 3-41 <br />
