3.General Provisions VI <br /> §1007.046 RELOCATED STRUCTURES. <br /> (1) Before any house or other structure is moved onto a vacant lot,an administrative permit <br /> must be obtained in accordance with§1007.019 of this Ordinance. The Community Development <br /> Department shall conduct a site plan review and determine whether the structure will be compatible <br /> with other development in the area,and conform to all City codes and ordinances.
