3.General Provisions VI <br /> 1. The property owner demonstrates that the principal driveway access serving the <br /> single family dwelling cannot be extended or expanded to serve an airplane <br /> hangar without encroaching into required setbacks or abutting property or without <br /> violating section 1007.044(5)(g). <br /> 2. Secondary driveway width shall not exceed 12 feet. <br /> 3. No secondary driveway shall be within three feet of the property line unless a <br /> shared driveway access and maintenance agreement is executed by each property owner and <br /> recorded against each property with Anoka County. <br /> (f) Impervious Surface Coverage Area.
