3.General Provisions VI <br /> i. One thousand two hundred(1,200)square feet,or <br /> ii. 3.75%of the lot area,not to exceed five thousand(5,000)square feet. <br /> b. Total allowable accessory building space shall be limited to the following: <br /> i. One(1)attached garage and one(1)detached structure,or <br /> ii. Two(2)detached accessory structures. <br /> c. One (1) attached garage not to exceed one thousand two hundred (1,200) <br /> square feet or equal to ninety(90)percent of the size of the house foundation,whichever is greater. <br /> d. Twenty(20)foot maximum height. <br /> e. No metal sheet/panel siding with vertical orientation except upon tool sheds <br /> less than one hundred fifty(150)square feet in area. Metal horizontal lap siding is acceptable. <br /> f. Fabric or vinyl canopy structures acceptable. <br /> g. Roof and exterior color and material compatible with home (except <br /> manufactured tool shed). <br /> (j)JaCommercial and Industrial Zoning Districts. The following establishes the <br /> maximum number, size, and height of accessory buildings allowed in the commercial and <br /> industrial zoning districts: <br /> 1. Except in Commercial, and Industrial zoning districts, where allowed by <br /> Conditional Use Permit,and in an approved planned unit development that specifically allows it, <br /> provided for in §1007.024 of this Ordinance not more than one (1) accessory building shall be <br /> allowed not to exceed four hundred(400)square feet except when intended for storage of buses <br /> (Ord No.05-19,passed 04-08-2019) <br /> 2. Building setbacks shall not exceed base district requirement. <br /> 3. Building height shall be limited to twelve (12) feet maximum except when <br /> intended for storage of buses per§1007.043(2)(b)2.of this Ordinance. <br /> 4. Metal buildings and pole barns are prohibited. <br /> 5. Roof and exterior color and material shall be compatible with the principal <br /> structure. <br /> 3-24 <br />
