<br /> In this eight-week,eight-session program students will learn
<br /> kicks, strikes,balance and body control. The program is set
<br /> in a fun and light atmosphere. Classes are offered for all
<br /> levels of ability. Participants should wear comfortable
<br /> clothing. Classes are held at Rice Lake Elementary School.
<br /> Beginner- Those who haven't had a martial arts class
<br /> t `+ Intermediate -Those who had at least one martial arts class
<br /> Advanced- Those who have previously taken martial arts
<br /> A classes and have a good knowledge of kicks, strikes and
<br /> defensive moves
