Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> (The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm. Members present: George Lindy,Pam <br /> Taschuk,Katie Boyle, Bill Kusterman, Paul Montain, Pat Huelman, and Aaron <br /> Frederickson. Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director and Sandie Wood, Public <br /> Services Office Manager were also present.) <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from February 6, 2006 <br /> (Pam Taschuk made a motion to approve the February 6,2006 minutes. Katie <br /> Boyle seconded the motion and they were approved as written.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (Item 7b.was moved to the front of the agenda after Open Mike.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (There was no one present for open mike.) <br /> 5. Review 2005-2006 Warming House Report <br /> (Rick reviewed the memo in the member's packets. He told the Park Board that the <br /> daily skater numbers does not include Centennial Hockey Associations practice <br /> skaters). Rick said this issue will have to come before the Board in November so a <br /> determination can be made as to which rinks will have warming houses for the <br /> 2006-2007 season.) <br /> 6. Old Business <br /> a. 2006 Goals Update <br /> (The 2006 Goals were approve at the February 27,2006 City Council <br /> Meeting. He said the Birch trail project could be done by the end of June if <br /> everything goes as planned.) <br /> b. 2006 Summer Playground Program <br /> (Rick discussed this item and told members that the decisions on how this <br /> program would be run this year was based on the survey responses staff <br /> received from parents of past participants. He said another mailing would <br /> probably be done to describe this year's program and to let parents know a <br /> family discount would not be offered because of budget cuts.) <br />
