Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> (The meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. Members present: Pam Taschuk, <br /> Katie Boyle, Bill Kusterman, and Paul Montain. Members absent: George Lindy, <br /> Pat Huelman, and Aaron Frederickson. Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director <br /> was also present.) <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from June 7, 2004 <br /> (Bill Kusterman made a motion to approve the June 7,2004 minutes. Seconded by <br /> Katie Boyle and approved.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (There were no additions or deletions.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (There was no one present for open mike.) <br /> 5. Determine Skating Rink Locations and Hours <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Bill Kusterman to approve the locations <br /> and hours for the skating rinks.) <br /> 6. Rice Lake Estates Park Update <br /> (After discussion of this item Paul Montain recommended that, "The City of Circle <br /> Pines expends funds for improvements to Baldwin Park including new playground <br /> equipment and a full size basketball court. The cost of the improvements should at <br /> least equal the investment that Lino Lakes had put into Rice Lake Estates Park". <br /> 7. Recreation Department Update <br /> (Members reviewed the information in the packets.) <br /> 8. Parks Department Update <br /> (Rick reviewed the memo in the packet.) <br /> 9. Next Park Board Meeting <br /> (The next Park Board Meeting will be Monday,November 1, 2004, 6:30p.m.) <br /> ,.� 10. Adj ourn <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Katie Boyle.
