Setting Agenda <br /> (There were no additions or deletions.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (There was no one present for open mike.) <br /> 5. Old Business <br /> A. Memorial Plaque Information <br /> (It was decided to allow park benches with engraved plate at this time.) <br /> 6. New Business <br /> A. Email Related to Baseball Field at Birchwood Acres Park <br /> (The Park Board decided to have staff remove park benches and install ag- <br /> lime infield.) <br /> 7. Recreation Department Update <br /> (Members reviewed the information in the packets. Rick advised board that Barry <br /> Bernstein was resigning and going to work as Park and Recreation Director in <br /> Hastings.) <br /> 8. Parks Department Update <br /> (Rick reviewed the memo in the packets and responded to questions.) <br /> 9. Next Park Board Meeting <br /> (The next Park Board Meeting will be Tuesday, July 6, 2004 6:30p.m.) <br />
