Open Mike <br /> (Rick Carlson asked the Board if a memorial plaque for the Rehbeins' could be <br /> placed near the trailhead in the West Shadow Lake Ponds Development.) <br /> 5. Joint Meeting with Environmental Board <br /> A. Introduction <br /> B. Overview of Common Vision Statements from the 20/20 Vision <br /> Plan, Comprehensive Plan, Handbook for Environmental <br /> Planning and Conservation Development, and the Park and <br /> Greenway System Plan <br /> C. Consideration of Initial Findings, Related to the Park and <br /> Greenway System <br /> D. Consideration of Initial Findings, Related to the Trail System Plan <br /> E. Consideration of Natural Resources Stewardship Planning Issues <br /> F. Consideration of Implementation Challenges and Possible <br /> Approaches <br /> (Jeff gave an overview of the purpose of the Comprehensive Parks, <br /> Recreation Facilities, Open Space/Greenways and Trail System Plan project. <br /> There was discussion between the Park Board and the Environmental Board <br /> with Jeff Shoenbauer. There will be future meetings to continue discussion <br /> on this issue.) <br /> 6. Recreation Department Update <br /> (Rick reviewed the handout in the packet and responded to questions.) <br />
