Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> (The meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. Members present: George Lindy, <br /> Pam Taschuk,Katie Boyle, Bill Kusterman, Aaron Frederickson, Paul Montain, <br /> and Pat Huelman. Also present: Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director.) <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from February 2, 2004 <br /> (Pat Huelman made a motion to approve the February 2, 2004 minutes. Pam <br /> Taschuk seconded the motion and they were approved. Paul Montain abstained <br /> from voting.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (Paul Montain added 10b. Roads and shoulders to the agenda.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (Mark Tafte, 6441 Clearwater Creek Drive, asked about plans for Clearwater <br /> Creek Park. He was also interested in having an outdoor skating rink at the park. <br /> Rick will send him a copy of the master plan.) <br /> 5. Adopt 2004 Park Board Goals for City Council Consideration <br /> (Pat Huelman made a motion, seconded by Pam Taschuk to pave Birch Trail from <br /> Black Duck Drive to Sherman Lake Road. Motion passed, Paul Montain voted no. <br /> Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Pam Taschuk to accept goals including <br /> Birch Street Trail Project. Motion passed.) <br /> 6. Review 2003-2004 Warming House Report <br /> (Rick briefly reviewed report.) <br /> 7. Recreation Department Update <br /> (Rick reviewed information in the member's packets.) <br /> 8. Parks Department Update <br /> (Rick reviewed memo in packets.) <br /> 9. Old Business <br /> a. Outdoor Recreation Grant for Clearwater Creek Park Completed <br /> (The City has received final payment and the project is completed.) <br />
