Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> (The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm. Members present: Pam Taschuk,Pat <br /> Huelman, Katie Boyle, Aaron Frederickson and George Lindy. Members absent: <br /> Paul Montain and Bill Kusterman. Also present: Rick DeGardner, Public Services <br /> Director, Mike Grochala, Economic Development Director(part), and Economic <br /> Development Assistant, Mary Alice Divine (part). <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from January 5, 2004 <br /> (Pam Taschuk made a motion, seconded by Katie Boyle, to approve the January 5, <br /> 2004 minutes. The minutes were approved.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (Rick added Item 1A, Administer Oath of Office to Aaron Frederickson and Pat <br /> Huelman. Rick administered the oath to these individuals.) <br /> 4. Welcome Mr. Aaron Frederickson,New Park Board Member <br /> (Chair Lindy welcomed Mr. Aaron Frederickson, new member, to the Park Board) <br /> 5. Open Mike <br /> (There was no on present for open mike.) <br /> 6. Legacy at Wood's Edge Update (The Village) <br /> (Economic Development Director, Michael Grochala and Economic Development <br /> Assistant, Mary Divine gave the Board background information of the Legacy at <br /> Wood's Edge. They responded to Member's questions about park dedication and <br /> trails. Mike and Mary told members that they will seek ideas from the Park Board <br /> about the community green and the townhouse park. Mike stated he will keep Rick <br /> informed on the project.) <br /> 7. Recreation Update <br /> (Rick reviewed the Program Highlights Update from January 2004. He answered <br /> questions about the Options Program.) <br /> 8. Park Update <br /> (Rick reviewed the information in the packet.) <br />
