Also Present: Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director.) <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from November 4, 2002 <br /> (Pam Taschuk made a motion to approve the November 4, 2002 minutes. Mike <br /> O'Connor seconded the motion and the minutes were approved. Paul Montain <br /> abstained.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (There were no additions or deletions.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (There was no one present for open mike.) <br /> 5. Review Revised Preliminary Plat of Century Farm North 1-7 Additions <br /> (It was the consensus of the Park Board to support the revised plan with the <br /> assumption that details will be worked out by staff.) <br /> 6. Review Pheasant Hills Trail Proposal <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Pam Taschuk to proceed with the <br /> proposal as presented. Motion passed.) <br /> 7. Review Proposed Site Agreement with Centennial School District <br /> (There were no suggested changes to the site agreement.) <br /> 8. Recreation Update <br /> (Rick reviewed the update.) <br /> 9. Park Updates <br /> (Members reviewed the information in the packets.) <br /> 10. Project Updates <br /> (Rick updated the Park Board on the Clearwater Creek Park, Highland Meadows <br /> Park, Timberwolf Trail and Birch Park Trail projects.) <br />
