Discuss Existing Joint Powers Agreements with Centennial School District <br /> (Rick read the staff report and stated the issue will be on the December Park Board <br /> Meeting agenda.) <br /> 6. Determine 2002-2003 Skating Rink Locations and Warming House Hours <br /> (The proposed locations and hours were discussed and there were no changes.) <br /> 7. Recreation Update <br /> (The Recreation Update was reviewed.) <br /> 8. Park Update <br /> (Rick reviewed the Park Update.) <br /> 9. Project Updates <br /> a. Clearwater Creek Park <br /> b.
