Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> (The meeting was called to order at 7pm. All members were present.) <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from April 1, 2002 <br /> (Bill Kusterman made a motion to approve the April 1, 2002 minutes. Mike <br /> O'Connor seconded the motion and the minutes were approved. Paul Montain <br /> abstained.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (There were no additions or deletions.) <br /> n <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (There was no one present for open mike.) <br /> 5. Discuss 2002 Park Board Goals <br /> (There was discussion of the partial matching DNR Grant for Clearwater Creek <br /> Park($100,000). Members discussed beginning the development of Highland <br /> Meadows Park ($192,000.) Members also want to ensure that funds are available to <br /> complete the Birch Park Trail(up to $20,000). <br /> 6. Recreation Update <br /> (Members reviewed the information in the packets.) <br /> 7. Park Update <br /> (Rick reviewed the memo in the packets.) <br /> 8. Old Business <br /> a. Clearwater Creek Park Update <br /> (Rick told members the status of this park. The playground raising will be <br /> Saturday, May 18.) <br /> b. Digital Photos and Bios of Park Board Members <br /> (Photos were taken and bio turned into Rick.) <br />
