Call to Order and Roll Call (Meeting was called to order at 6:30pm. Present: Pat Huelman,Joe Boyle, Chris Welsand, George Lindy,Pam Taschuk,Bill Kusterman, and Paul Montain. Also present was Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director and Sandie Wood, Office Manager.) 2. Approval of Minutes from April 3, 2000 (Paul Montain made a motion to approve the April 3, 2000 minutes. Seconded by Chris Welsand and approved unanimously.) 3. Setting Agenda (There were no additions or deletions to the agenda.) 4. Open Mike (No one present for open mike.) 5. Congratulations and Welcome to new Park Board Member—Bill Kusterman (On behalf of staff and the Park Board Rick welcomed Bill Kusterman to the Park Board.) 6. Review Revised Preliminary Plat—Bluebill Ponds (Paul Montain made a motion to take cash in lieu of land and pursue the purchase of Outlot D in the Highland Meadows addition with the balance being used for development of the park. Also, eliminate the proposed trails included in a motion at the March 6, 2000 Park Board meeting. Joe Boyle seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.) 7. Review Request to Include Elm Street Trail in Regional Trail System Plan (Paul Montain made a motion designating the Elm Street Trail as a Regional Trail contingent upon review of the contract/agreement so it is mutually beneficial to the s� City of Lino Lakes and Anoka County. Motion was seconded by Pam Taschuk and approved.) 8. Review Park Shelter and Field Permit Application Form (Pam Taschuk suggested that"No Smoking"verbiage be added to the agreement for the Rice Lake Elementary School and Centennial Middle School Facilities.)
