Approval of Minutes from April 3, 2000 <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion to approve the April 3, 2000 minutes. Seconded <br /> by Chris Welsand and approved unanimously.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (There were no additions or deletions to the agenda.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (No one present for open mike.) <br /> 5. Congratulations and Welcome to new Park Board Member—Bill Kusterman <br /> (On behalf of staff and the Park Board Rick welcomed Bill Kusterman to the <br /> Park Board.) <br /> 6. Review Revised Preliminary Plat—Bluebill Ponds <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion to take cash in lieu of land and pursue the purchase <br /> of Outlot D in the Highland Meadows addition with the balance being used for <br /> development of the park. Also, eliminate the proposed trails included in a motion at <br /> the March 6, 2000 Park Board meeting. Joe Boyle seconded the motion and it <br /> passed unanimously.) <br /> 7. Review Request to Include Elm Street Trail in Regional <br /> Trail System Plan <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion designating the Elm Street Trail as a Regional Trail <br /> contingent upon review of the contract/agreement so it is mutually beneficial to the <br /> s� City of Lino Lakes and Anoka County. Motion was seconded by Pam Taschuk and <br /> approved.) <br /> 8. Review Park Shelter and Field Permit Application Form <br /> (Pam Taschuk suggested that"No Smoking"verbiage be added to the agreement <br /> for the Rice Lake Elementary School and Centennial Middle School Facilities.) <br />
