Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> (Meeting was called to order at 6:35pm. Present: Paul Montain, Pat Huelman, <br /> Joe Boyle, Chris Welsand, Pam Taschuk, George Lindy, and Jeff Reinert. <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from February 7, 2000 <br /> (Pam Taschuk made a motion to accept the February 7,2000 Park Board Minutes <br /> as written. Motion seconded by Chris Welsand and approved.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (There were no additions or deletions.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (There was no one present.) <br /> 5. Review Revised Preliminary Plat—Bluebill Ponds <br /> (After review and discussion Paul Montain made a motion for staff to pursue <br /> looking into the purchase of Outlot D in Highland Meadows Subdivision. Staff shall <br /> work with the developer of Bluebill Ponds to enhance and create trails to offer <br /> residents access to Highland Meadows Park,with the understanding that if the road <br /> alignment changes, the Park Board will have to review the plan again. The cash <br /> dedication will be used in the development of Highland Meadows Park. The <br /> suggested trails are as follows: Street A along south end of Block 3, Lot 7 between <br /> the proposed pond areas to between Lot 13-14,to Street B. Street B cul-de-sac to <br /> Street D cul-de-sac, between Lots 31-32. As the development continues to the east, <br /> staff will make an ongoing effort to expand the parkland and improve access to the <br /> park.) Motion was seconded by Jeff Reinert and approved.) <br /> 6. Review Scoreboards Project at Sunrise Park <br /> (Rick reviewed the memo and answer board member's questions.) <br /> 7.
