Call to Order and Roll Call (Meeting was called to order at 6:35pm. Present: Pam Taschuk,Joy Boyle,Paul Montain, Pat Huelman, Chris Welsand, and George Lindy. Absent: Jeff Reinert.) 2. Approval of Minutes from January 4, 2000 (Pam Taschuk made a motion to accept the January 4, 2000 minutes as written. Motion was seconded by Paul Montain and approved unanimously.) 3. Setting Agenda (There were no additions or deletions to the agenda.) 4. Open Mike (There was no one present for open mike.) 5. Review Brandywood Playground Equipment Survey (After review and discussion of this item Paul Montain recommend the approval of the expenditure of park dedication funds in the amount of$35,000 for equipment in Brandywood Park. Recommendation was seconded by Pam Taschuk and approved.) 6. Review Bids for Wenzel Farms Pedestrian Bridge (Paul Montain made the recommendation that staff work with the Rice Creek Water Shed District on proper size culverts and landscaping for aesthetic purposes. Staff should also check on 2000 prices for boardwalks. Recommendation was seconded by Pam Taschuk and approved.) 7. Review Marshan Park Trail Buffering (This item was reviewed. No action taken.) 8. Approve 2000 Park Board Goals (George Lindy made a motion to approve the 2000 Park Board goals as discussed and presented. Paul Montain seconded the motion and it was approved. George will be taking this to the City Council Work Session on Wednesday, February 9. He asked other Park Board members to attend the work session.) 9. Recreation Department Update (Rick reviewed the update and answered member's questions.)
