Approval of Minutes from June 7, 1999 <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion to approve the June 7, 1999 minutes. Seconded <br /> by Joe Boyle and passed unanimously.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (Rick deleted item number 5 and replaced it with Review Park Dedication for <br /> Highland Meadows East Subdivision. Rick added 11A. Wenzel Farms Trail <br /> Clearing to item 11. New Business. George added 11B. Potential Joint meeting with <br /> Hugo's Park Board,Anoka and Washington Counties.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (There was no one present for Open Mike.) <br /> 5. Review Park Dedication for Highland Meadows East Subdivision <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Jeff Reinert to accept$500 per lot for 5 <br /> lots in the Highland Meadows East Subdivision for a total of$2500. These fund <br /> should be designated to the Highland Meadows Park Dedication fund. Motion <br /> approved unanimously). <br /> 6. Consideration of Installing Playground Equipment—LaMotte Park <br /> (Pat Huelman made a motion to have the letters from the Timmers and the <br /> Franke become part of the record for this issue. Seconded by Paul Montain and <br /> passed unanimously. Paul Montain suggested a survey be done to better get the <br /> feelings of the residents in this neighborhood. The survey should reflect ages of the <br /> children in the area.) <br /> 7. Development of Behm's Century Farm Park <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion, seconded by Joe Boyle to proceed with the process to <br /> bid for playground equipment and installation in the amount of$28,000. $7,000 to <br /> cover the cost of site prep, wood fiber and borders will come from the Park <br /> Dedication Fund. Motion was approved.) <br />
