Approval of Minutes from November 2, 1998 6:35pm <br /> (Pam Taschuk made a motion to approve the November 2, 1998, <br /> minutes. Motion was seconded by Sharon Lane and the minutes <br /> were approved as written.) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda 6:40pm <br /> (No changes to the agenda.) <br /> 4. Open Mike 6:45pm <br /> (No one was present for open mike.) <br /> 5. Marshan Park and Behm's Century Farm Park Master Planning - 6:50pm <br /> Discuss Objectives and Schedule Meetings with Residents <br /> (Rick said letters were mailed 12/7/98 to the residents and developers <br /> giving them information on the neighborhood meetings. He said he <br /> asked residents to bring their ideas and comments to the meetings. <br /> The schedule is to meet with residents on 1/5/99 and 2/4/99 and then <br /> take the master plan and preliminary cost estimate to City Council on <br /> 2/22/99.) <br /> 6. Review and Adopt 1999 Park Board Meeting Schedule 7:05pm <br /> (Paul Montain made a motion to meet the first Monday of each <br /> month except July and September. The Board will meet on Tuesday, <br /> July 6 and Tuesday, September 7. Motion was seconded by Sharon <br /> �-� Lane and passed unanimously.) <br /> 7. Recreation Department Update 7:15pm <br /> (Rick reviewed memo and discussed the Turkey Shoot and Holiday <br /> Lighting Contest.) <br />
