Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> (Everyone was present.) <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from 7/6/98 <br /> (Approved) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (No changes.) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (No one present to speak.) <br /> 5. Update on"The Village" —Brian Wessel <br /> (Brian gave the Park Board background information of the complex <br /> and status of the project today and what is proposed for the future.) <br /> 6. Review Clearwater Creek 3`d Addition- Preliminary Plat <br /> (Board wants 3 acres of land for a park whether it is a combination <br /> of land and trail or all park land. Rick suggested the developable park land be <br /> located on the southern boundary to allow contiguous park development, to the <br /> south, when future land dedication occurs. They asked Mike Quigley, Gor-em, LLC <br /> to come back to the board with his ideas.) <br /> 7. Baldwin Lake Court Park Dedication <br /> (After discussion it was decided that Mr. Howard agreed to put in the <br /> trail and parking lot. Canoe launch would possibly be done by the <br /> city.) <br /> 8. Review New Snow Removal Policy for Trails <br /> (After Rick answered their questions, the Park Board thought this <br /> was a good idea.) <br /> 9. Recreation Department Update <br /> (Rick hit some of the points in Barry's and Liz's update) <br />
