Call to Order and Roll Call <br /> (All members were present) <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes from 4/6/98 <br /> (Minutes approved as written) <br /> 3. Setting Agenda <br /> (No changes to agenda) <br /> 4. Open Mike <br /> (No one present for open mike) <br /> 5. Holly Estates Development <br /> (The Board decided they would like a cash park dedication in lieu of land,would <br /> like the transportation trail to go from his cul-de-sac east to the Trappers Crossing <br /> cul-de-sac, and they would like a trail connection at the northwest corner of <br /> Holly to the south border of Birch Park.) <br /> 6. Rice Lake Estates Park <br /> (Rick read the memo included in members packet. The Board decided to spend <br /> $20,000 to pave the trail this year, the lots should be sold in 1998,and staff should <br /> meet with residents to see what their priorities are for this park. Development <br /> would be done in 1999.) <br /> 7. Wenzel Farms Trails <br /> (This project is on hold. Townhome Association is concerned about potential <br /> liability.) <br /> 8. Excess Fund Balance <br /> (The Board discussed this issue. Paul Montain made a motion, that if the money is <br /> available, to replace the playground equipment in Birch Park, Lino Park, and <br /> Shenandoah Park. Motion was seconded by Pam Taschuk and passed <br /> unanimously.) <br />
