He <br /> explained because of the weather it has <br /> been hard to make ice and skating classes <br /> have been postponed for one week) <br /> 7 . Parks Update 7 : 40pm <br /> (Rick told members what the maintenance <br /> staff has been working on. He told the <br /> board what was approved for the 1998 budget and <br /> what was not approved) <br /> 8 . Clearwater Creek 2nd Addition Trail <br /> (Motion was made to leave trail as it is <br /> outlined on the exhibit with the City <br /> providing screening, along trail, as staff <br /> deemed appropriate.
