Call to Order and Roll Call 6 :30pm <br /> (All Park Board members were present except <br /> Pam Taschuk and Kim Sullivan. Rick DeGardner <br /> Barry Bernstein, and Sandie Wood were also <br /> present. ) <br /> 2 . Approval of Minutes from November 3 , 1997 6 : 35pm <br /> (Minutes were approved. ) <br /> 3 . Open Mike 6 :40pm <br /> (No one present. ) <br /> 4 . Referendum 6 :45pm <br /> (George has been reviewing minutes from 1993 <br /> and it may be time to proceed. This will be <br /> discussed in the future. ) <br /> 5 . Trails Update - Map 7 : 15pm <br /> (Rick told members what it cost to pave trails <br /> in 1997 . He also said he is in the process of <br /> developing a map/park guide. ) <br /> 6 . Friends of the Park Update 7 : 25pm <br /> (Barry explained there was no action taken at <br /> the last meeting. They are starting work on <br /> the golf tournament. There will not be a <br /> December meeting. ) <br /> 7 . Recreation Update 7 :35pm <br /> (Barry gave overview of what programs staff <br /> is working on and what will be starting in <br /> January. Paul asked about the Holiday <br /> Lighting Contest. ) <br /> 8 . Parks Update - verbal 7 :45pm <br /> (Rick talked about skating rinks and said he <br /> would like to go ahead with master planning <br /> Quail Ridge Park. There was discussion on <br /> Country Lakes Park. ) <br />
