CITY OF LINO LAKES PARK BOARD MEETING <br /> MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3 , 1997 <br /> 6 : 30PM <br /> ***AGENDA*** <br /> 1 . Call to Order and Roll Call 6 :30pm <br /> (All Park Board members were present. <br /> Rick DeGardner, Barry Bernstein, Mary <br /> Fogarty, and Sandie Wood were also present) <br /> 2 . Introduction of Rick DeGardner, Director 6 :35pm <br /> (George introduced Rick) <br /> 3 . Approval of Minutes from 10/6/97 6 :45pm <br /> (Minutes were approved as written) <br /> 4 . Open Mike 6 :50pm <br /> (No one present for open mike) <br /> 5 . Trails 6 : 55pm <br /> (Rick told the board that all 1997 trails <br /> have been paved with the exception of the <br /> trail we have received a grant for. This <br /> trail runs along Lake Drive to the City <br /> Center. <br /> 6 . Old Business 7 : 05pm <br /> (There was no old business) <br /> 7 . New Business 7 :35pm <br /> (There was open discussion to bring Rick <br /> up to date on what the board is working on <br /> and what they would like to do in the <br /> future. This was an opportunity for the <br /> members to give Rick background on them- <br /> selves and for Rick to explain what he <br /> has done since starting with the city and <br /> what direction he would like to see the <br /> department go) <br /> 8 . Reminder - Future Meetings 8 : 05pm <br /> n <br /> (Referendum meeting has been set for 11/19, <br /> 6pm, at the Fire Station. Goal setting <br /> meeting will be held at the Parks and <br /> Recreation Building on 11/25) <br />
