and shall not be considered to be employees of any member <br /> city or school district. <br /> F. The salary, worker's compensation insurance, other <br /> benefits and other expenses of the Recreation Coordinator and <br /> staff shall be paid by the Recreation Fund in accordance with <br /> the provisions of this Agreement. <br /> G. For purposes of computing and providing worker' s <br /> compensation coverage, income tax withholding, public <br /> employee' s retirement and similar purposes, the Recreation <br /> Coordinator and staff will be computed as employees of the <br /> community education program operated by the School District. <br /> H. The Commission shall supervise the office of the <br /> Recreation Coordinator and any staff of the coordinator. The <br /> first six (6) months of a new hire will be probationary. <br /> /1 <br /> After the first six months of probationary period any party <br /> who is employed by the Commission can be discharged <br /> automatically if their performance during that probationary <br /> period does not comply with the requirements of the <br /> Commission for that particular employment position. After <br /> the probationary period, the Commission shall conduct an <br /> evaluation of the recreation coordinator and/or staff, and <br /> thereafter a yearly evaluation shall take place. <br /> I. The Recreation Coordinator shall, plan, develop and <br /> deliver the yearly recreation program at no cost to the <br /> community education program. At the same time Community <br /> Services Coordinator shall not collect fees from North Metro <br /> Recreation Commission for any services performed. <br /> Page 8 <br />
