Members present seemed enthusiastic
at exploring the possibilities of this venture. After reviewing the plan
several points to ponder were revealed. These are outlined as follows:
A. Circle Pines lack of financial resources and manpower to assist
in the project.
B. Where would parking occur?
C. Routing of trail through existing Baldwin Park.
D. Adding on to back of tennis court for basketball court.
E. Details on administration of park.
F. Upkeep Plans
G. Leasing Agreement
I would like to get together to discuss some of these points in detail.
Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
ank ou.
David R.
