The following schedule illustrates what I would expect the low and high end would be for fees for this type of project.Again,once we've had an opportunity to discuss the project further,I will put together a proposal which outlines the fees much more accurately.As is common practice, the fees can be structured in a"not to exceed" fashion whereby the City will only be paying for actual time spent on the project.
