C flly <br /> 11=4-5 <br /> 1 t-4--5: EASEMENTS: <br /> t <br /> (A) Width and Locatst.n: An easement for utilities at least ten feet ON wide <br /> shall be provided along the front lot lines, Easements along side and rear lot <br /> lines shall be five feet (a'1 in width on each side of the lot line. If necessary <br /> for the extension of main water or sewer lines or similar utilities, easements <br /> of greater width may be required along lot lines or across lots. <br /> (B) Continuous Utility Easement Locations: Utility easements shall connect with <br /> easements established in adjoining properties. These easements when <br /> approved, shall not thereafter be changed without the approval of the City <br /> Council after a public hearing. <br /> (C) Guy Wires: Additional easements for pole guys should be provided, where <br /> appropriate, at the outside of turns, where possible, lot lines shall be <br /> arranged to bisect the exterior ang'a so that pole guys will fall along side lot <br /> lines. <br /> 11-4 STORM DRAINAGE: All subdivision design shall incorporat% <br /> adequate provisions for storm water runoff consistent with L <br /> Burnsville Drainage Plan, as amended, and be subject to review and approval of the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> 11-4-7: PROTECTED AREAS: Where land proposed for subdivision isdeemed <br /> environmentally sensiti�a by the City, due to the existence of <br /> wetlands, drai .Jge ways, watercourses, f )odable areas, steep slopes or other <br /> environmental features, the design of said subdivision shall clearly reflect all <br /> necessary measure of protection to insure against adverse environmental impact, in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Title 10, Chapter 8, of the Burnsville City Code. <br /> ? 11-4--8.
