CITY OF LINO LAKES AGENDA ffEm 7 � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 10 - 88 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY INCREASING THE <br /> COMPENSATION FOR THE PARKS, RECREATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> COMMISSION AND THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION. <br /> The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota does ordain: <br /> I . <br /> Parks Recreation and Environmental Commission <br /> The City Code of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota is hereby amended by deleting and replacing <br /> Section 200, Subdivision 211.05 Appointment and Compensation <br /> of Members as follows: <br /> 211.05 Appointment and Compensation of Members. The <br /> members of the Commission shall be appointed <br /> by a majority of the Council and shall receive <br /> a quarterly salary of $50.00 with the Chairman of <br /> the Commission to receive an added $50.00 consistant <br /> with the Mayor/Council relationship. This will give <br /> the Chairman some responsibility to this position. <br /> However, to qualify for such salary, an attendance <br /> record of 70% must be obtained on a quarterly <br /> basis. <br /> The salaries established hereby shall be effective <br /> July 1, 1988. <br /> II . <br /> Planning Commission <br /> The City Code of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota is hereby amended by adding Section 200, <br /> Subdivision 212.06 Compensation for Members as follows: <br /> 212. 06 Compensation for Members. The Commission shall <br /> receive a quarterly salary of $50. 00 with the <br /> Chairman of this Commission to receive an added <br /> $50.00 consistant with the Mayor/Council <br /> relationship.
