NEIGHBORS FOR BALDWIN LAKE PARK
I WISH TO JOIN WITH MY NEIGHBORS IN EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF BALDWIN LAKE PARK BECAUSE:
4 1. The Park Board Comprehensive Plan calls for a 6 acre park to be
located in the vicinity of Baldwin Lake Road, Woodridge Lane and White
Pine Road. The land available now is the last chance to fulfill the plan
and create a locally accessible park.
2. Land prices are rising, especially in the southern portion of Lino
Lakes. If we don't act now to acquire several acres, it will be much more
expensive later.
3. The available land is unique in that it would allow access to the system
of regional trails that will add to our quality of life and make our
neighborhoods more desireable and valuable.
4. Our kids have no where to play! No other park is within walkinq
distance, or located on our side of major roadways.
SIGNATURE PRINT NAME ADDRESS PHONE
2.
3y-
7.
jam'
8. d 5 .e da t LJv C.: lag-f
✓9. Pn ;z abed• eb e -2C Wcx 6,
Tau\ C C wco ;Ay' M6-7-1c3cq
"g Cooc T
/Ao ee )) -u -cad
For more information please call:
George Lindy Mary Johnson
Chair, Park Board Neighborhood contact
429-3970 486-8656
