CITY OF LINO LAKES
OOON PARK BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 13, 1992
To finalize, George Lindy concluded that the board will continue to
research and apply for grants for trail systems and look into
cooperative cities grants. Also to let Marty Asleson pursue "with
enthusiasm" the purchases of N-14 and A-3 (with the approximate
balance of $130, 000 in the dedicated fund) . And in addition, look
into other alternatives nearby for possible purchase just in case
either of these properties are unattainable.
As the board will need the cooperation of the council to spend and
designate the dedicated park funds, Marty Asleson will set up a
meeting with Randy Schumacher and Linda Elliott (council liaison to
the park board) for the very near future.
ADJOURN: A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting at
9: 15 pm.
4
