A <br /> trail is also provided along the south property line as far as <br /> the west line of, Lot 8, Block 5. The park access has been <br /> increased to 20 feet in width as per the Park Board request. The <br /> park land outside of the drainage easement will be leveled for <br /> use as a play field, and seeded.
