No voting member shall be liable to the <br /> corporation for any contribution, dues, subscriptions, <br /> or assessments of any kind except such as he may <br /> specifically agree to in writing. <br /> ARTICLE 2 -- MEETINGS OF MEMBERS <br /> A. Annual Meetings . An annual meeting of the members of the <br /> corporation shall be held at the registered office of the <br /> corporation, or at such other place as shall be designated by the <br /> Board of Directors, at 8: 00 p.m. on the in <br /> in each year, for the election of directors (except that there need <br /> not be any election of directors at the 196_ annual meeting) and <br /> for the transaction of any other business that may properly come <br /> before the meeting. <br /> B. Special Meetings .
