'AGENDA ITEM
C
MEMORANDUM
TO: All Park Board Members
FROM: Marty Asleson
DATE: May 28, 1992
SUBJECT: Al Robinson Golf Course Endorsement
Mr. Al Robinson has, for some time, intended to build a golf course
on his land. Please find enclosed a map of the area where this
golf course would be built. Mr. Robinson is asking for the City to
endorse this concept. I have been asked to forward this information
.- to you to review in relationship to any building projects in
respect to 'our Comprehensive Plan. As you can see, the area in
question is outside of the scope of our plan. In other words, it
would be at least 10 years before we would see any possibility of
providing for recreation use in this area. Part of the trail
corridor does however, travel along County Ditch 22 . Mr. Robinson
informed me that his golf course would be located in the Pine
Street/4th avenue area.
The City Council wishes the golf course idea to be reviewed for
comment by the City Boards. Please bring your comments and/or
endorsement to the meeting.
