The road is <br /> currently County Road No. 1.2 but is slated for turnback to the <br /> City when Apollo Drive is accepted by Anoka County. if <br /> acceptable the park dedication requirements will be satisfied by <br /> a cash payment per City policy procedure . <br /> ThP subdivision data is as follows : <br /> Total area 13 . 59 acres <br /> Net area (less exist Co. Rd. ) 12 . 34 acres <br /> Number of lots 27 <br /> Density 2 . 19 units/acre <br /> Average lot aize 17, 300 sq. ft . <br /> Either myself or Mr .
