Completion of land acquisition N14 if feasible <br /> 3. Continue planning and phased development of Country Lakes Park. to begin with: <br /> a. Park master plan <br /> b. Opening area up and removing under growth <br /> c. Restructuring entrance, roadways and parking area <br /> d. Reestablishing turf <br /> e. Beach cleanup <br /> f. Pursuing DNR grant for fishing dock <br /> g. Prioritizing Phases of development <br /> 4. Continue paving existing trails that are not yet hard surfaces <br /> a. Pave all new trails as they are developed . <br /> b. Determine length of trail system not yet paved relative to total completed trail system <br /> 5. Improve parking conditions Lino Park <br /> 6.
