The following is the correspondence
sent after the meeting:
Mr. John Kuny June 5, 1993
212 Woodridge Court
Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014
Dear Mr. Kuny,
Thank you for your efforts to resolve the trail issue on the south
side of your house at the May 27th meeting at City Hall. This
letter is a follow-up as to the agreements that were made at that
meeting with Rick Carlson, yourself, and the City of Lino Lakes.
As was discussed at that meeting, the City has agreed to not
require the developer, Rick Carlson, ' to install the segment of
trail on the south side of your 'house until there is a trail link
to the west of the ditch on the back side of your property. This
will in all probability happen when the property to the west is
developed. The city will install a trail sign at the street side
of your property. This sign will be the same type of sign that
marks all of the trails in the City of Lino Lakes. In addition, we
are presently having a small sign made that will say "Trail
Closed." This will be installed under the standard signage.
r-- You have agreed to remove the trees that were planted on the City
trail location. This should not be a problem since they are very
small.
Again, thank you for the patience and we are sorry for the
