s AGENDA ,TES 5 The Council approved the. Minor subdivision of the Art Hawkins property. HELEN MINOR - 5 acre split for daughters future home. Ms . Minor would like to subdivide another parcel of her land to deed her daughter. Discussed were: * The procedure for land splits * Is there a park fee, $160 . 00/per lot? * We' ll be having more land splits in the future Mrs . Minor asked if the previous $320 that she submitted for park fees will cover the subdivision as• well . The Board told Mrs . Minor that this would be reviewed by the Park Board. MOTION: John McLean moved for approval of Application 87-24 . Mr. Prokop seconded the motion . Motion was carried unanimously. MOTION: The previous motion was ammended by Mr. Prokop, that the Park Board review the subdivision of Helen Minor. John McLean seconded the motion and was carried unanimously. EL REHBEIN AND SON, INC . , - El Rehbein and Son, Inc. wishes to replat approximately 2 . 8 acres of land for single family development . This is replat of land formerly proposed for quadraminiums . The land is located at the intersection of C . S . A. H. 10 and Black Duck Drive. Mr. Joyer stepped down from Board to represent El Rehbein and Son, Inc. P & Z members had several questions regarding the preliminary plat . The map was not legible either. One map was drawn over another. Mr. Prokop had a question regarding platting. Discussed were: * Easements * Didn' t have Engineer' s report * Questions about traffic circulation * Whether lots would face Black Duck Drive and Reshanau * Who would own proposed Outlot A Mr. Miller requested that this item be tabled! MOTION: Mr. Prokop moved that the request application 87-23 dated 9/19/87, from El Rehbein and Son (relative to re-platting of lots in Lakes Addition *7) is presented in the application to be tabled for the following reasons :
