I do not find Lloyds U.S. listed <br /> in Best Key Rating for 1986 . <br /> 2 . Are they admitted and licensed in Minnesota? <br /> 3 . Are they A or A+ rated by Best Insurance Guide? <br /> 4 . Is the City named as additional insured with a thirty <br /> day notice of cancellation required? <br /> 5 . What are the limitations and exclusions? Are parti- <br /> cipants only covered for $3, 000 medical or death? If so, <br /> this is gross underinsurance. <br /> Randy, I would best be able to answer my own questions if <br /> I could see a copy of the policy. Please request a copy <br /> as soon as possible.
