The public water and sanitary syst m have <br /> capacity for two (2) single family lots. <br /> Section 2: Amendment <br /> The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes is hereby amended to rezone the <br /> following described property from R, Rural to R-1, Single Family Residential. <br /> Section 3: Legal Description <br /> Lot 14.
