5. All fees, charges and escrow related to the preliminary or final plat have been <br /> paid in full. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br /> approves Nadeau Acres 2'Addition Final Plat subject to the following conditions: <br /> I. The 20th Avenue (CSAH 54)and Red Oak Lane turn lanes shall be constructed <br /> prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> 2. Outlot A.Nadeau Acres 2nd Addition shall be deeded to the City. <br /> 3. A temporary cul de sac easement shall be recorded over the west end of William <br /> Lane and the applicable impacted lots. <br /> 4. The temporary cul de sac shall be removed, ground restored and the temporary <br /> easement released upon extension of William Lane. <br /> 5. The private septic system at previous address 6677 20th Avenue shall be <br /> removed. <br /> 6. The private well at previous address 6677 20th Avenue shall be capped. <br /> 7. The private septic system on Lot 10, Block 1,Nadeau Acres 2nd Addition <br /> (previously addressed 6651 20th Avenue) shall be removed. <br /> 8. The existing house on Lot 10,Block 1,Nadeau Acres 2nd Addition (previously <br /> addressed 6651 20th Avenue) shall hook up to municipal sanitary sewer. <br /> 9. The existing north driveway at 6709 20th Avenue shall be removed to th <br /> roadway easement right-of-way line. <br /> 10. The existing south driveway at 6709 20th Avenue shall be relocated west onto <br /> Red Oak Lane. <br /> 11. The existing driveway at 6677 20th Avenue shall be removed. <br /> 12. The existing driveway at 6651 20th Avenue shall be removed. <br /> 13. The stormwater maintenance for public facilities will be covered under t e City's <br /> Programmatic Stormwater Management Agreement. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br /> approves the Development subject to the following items being addressed prior to release <br /> of final plat mylars or as noted: <br /> 1. Comments from WSB City Engineer letter dated May 6, 2021. <br /> 2. The Development Agreement shall be approved by the City Council, executed <br /> and recorded against the property. <br /> a. Securities and fees shall be paid. <br /> 3. The applicant shall prepare the temporary cul de sac easement for William Lane <br /> for City review and approval prior to recording. <br /> 4. Proof that the private septic systems at 6677 20th Avenue and 6651 20th Avenue <br /> have been properly removed shall be submitted to the City upon completion. <br /> 5. Proof that the private well located at 6677 20th Avenue has been properly capped <br /> shall be submitted to the City upon completion. <br /> 6. Title Commitment: <br /> a.
