CITY OF LINO LAK ES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-51 <br /> Approving Renewal of Tobacco Licenses for the 2021/2022 Licensing Period <br /> WHEREAS,the licensing period for tobacco licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one <br /> year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council is required to approve the renewal of tobacco licenses; and <br /> WHEREAS,city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been submitted <br /> and verified that licensing requirements are met; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Public Safety Department has completed the required background <br /> investigations; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br /> Lakes, Minnesota: <br /> The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of tobacco licenses as set forth in <br /> Exhibit A that is attached to this resolution. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th of June, 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by <br /> Councilmember Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote <br /> being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Lyden.
