CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-58 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING OPEN SPACE EASEMENT <br /> FOR WATERMARK 1ST,2ND,3RD AND 4TH ADDITIONS <br /> WHEREAS,on December 10,2018 the City Council passed Resolution No. 18-144 approving <br /> the Watermark Master Development Agreement; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 7.2 of the Master Development Agreement requires an Open Space <br /> Easement: and <br /> WHEREAS,this Open Space Easement covers the following outlots: <br /> • Outlots E, G,J, M. and N, WATERMARK, <br /> • Outlot A, WA 1'ERMARK 2nd ADDITION, <br /> • Outlot A, WA 1'LRMARK 3rd ADDITION,and <br /> • Outlots A, B, and D. WATERMARK 4th ADDITION. according to the recorded plats <br /> thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the Open Space Easement between US Home Corporation and the City of Lino <br /> Lakes and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of June, 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz, Lyden, Ruhland, Cavegn, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> i2IL. k) t- ?f <br /> Ro Rafferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> is e Bartell, Ci Cle <br /> i <br />
